1. General Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products, *not all items are eligible for return or refund. Our policy complies with the **Australian Consumer Law (ACL)*, which provides certain guarantees for goods sold in Australia.

2. Perishable Items (Not Returnable)

For health and safety reasons, *perishable food items* cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to:

* Fresh fruits and vegetables
* Frozen foods
* Chilled items (dairy, meats, etc.)
* Opened packages
* Expired goods (if sold within best-before/use-by date)

Please inspect these items upon delivery or pick-up, and if any issues are found, contact us within 24 hours, we may offer a replacement where appropriate.


3. Non-Perishable Items (Limited Return)

We accept returns or exchanges on unopened, non-perishable items *within 7 days of purchase*, provided:

* The item is in its original condition and packaging
* You present a valid receipt or proof of purchase
* The product is not marked as clearance or final sale

Examples include:

* Packaged grains, flours, spices
* Tinned or jarred foods
* Dry snacks

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or is defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and availability of the item.
– Proof of damage (e.g., photos of the item and packaging) may be required to process the refund and return of the item may be required.

5. Change of Mind

*We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind* on grocery products, especially perishables. Please choose carefully and ask our staff if you need help before purchasing.

To request a return or refund, please:

a. Contact us within the specified time frames


b. Provide your receipt or proof of purchase


c. Once your return is approved, a confirmation email will be sent detailing the refund amount and processing time, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.


d. Bring the item back in its original condition (if applicable)


e. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
